The Piedmont Springs’ goal is to produce successful end products of superior quality. Our specific requirements for label artwork submitted by clients expedite this process. If you are not familiar with the digital files mentioned below and the guidelines appear confusing contact us. Our team will gladly accept the artwork you currently have and complete an evaluation. Once our evaluation is final we will walk you through the design experience to create the look and feel you envisioned.
1. Understand High Resolution vs. Low Resolution
All acceptable images, jpeg or Tiff, should be high resolution or no less than 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI). Note that artwork taken directly from websites and the Internet are typically low resolution images or 72 DPI, which allows web pages to load faster. Images or photos taken from the web cannot be converted to a higher resolution without losing printing quality.
2. Graphic Design Programs Supported by Piedmont Springs
We accept art designed through Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or Photoshop. If you submit Photoshop files they must be in layered document format. Please include fonts with any artwork or convert the fonts to paths. We discourage Corel Draw files due to potential printing problems. We do not accept Quark files. |
